Welcome to Liatsas Tours. By booking an excursion or service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to be considered confirmed and valid.
All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT).
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, which serves as your ticket for the excursion.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best experience for our guests. If you need to cancel your trip, the following rules apply:
Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund or store credit.
Refund Option: You may request a refund of the ticket price, minus the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by the payment provider (Stripe). As these fees are collected by the bank/payment processor and are not returned to us upon refund, they cannot be included in the refund amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, as well as “no-shows” (failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time), are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Liatsas Tours: We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or failure to meet the minimum required number of participants. In such cases, you will be offered a 100% full refund (without any fee deductions) or the option to reschedule.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end and credited back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
3. Itinerary Changes & Delays
Liatsas Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, route, or timing of any excursion if necessitated by unforeseen events such as heavy traffic, strikes, local authority instructions, or sudden changes in weather (e.g., ferry cancellations for Thassos or Mount Athos).
We will always make every effort to provide an adequate alternative or adjust the schedule to ensure the best possible experience under the circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Punctuality: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up location at least 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The bus cannot wait for latecomers, and missing the departure will be considered a non-refundable “no-show.”
Valid Documents: Passengers are responsible for carrying a valid ID card or Passport, especially for excursions involving ferry rides or sites that require identification for age-based ticket discounts.
Conduct: We want everyone to have a safe and pleasant trip. We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to the safety and comfort of other guests or our staff, without any right to a refund.
5. Liability & Lost Items
Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings (e.g., mobile phones, cameras, wallets, bags) at all times during the bus ride, at the beaches, and during guided tours.
Liatsas Tours accepts no liability or responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the excursion. Please ensure you have all your belongings before disembarking the bus.
6. Ticket Policy
- Ticket Accuracy: Please ensure you select the correct ticket type (Adult/Child) at the time of booking. Passenger ages and IDs will be strictly verified upon boarding the bus. If an incorrect ticket type is presented, passengers will be required to pay the price difference on the spot in order to board.
- Infant Policy: Please note that infants do not occupy a dedicated seat and must travel on a guardian’s lap if the bus is at full capacity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
